As fast as Harley was speeding towards the kid there really wasn't any way to avoid that. When the tire blew out, it did so spectacularly, and Harley was left holding on to the wheel for dear life, trying not to lose complete control.

"Sho-o-o-o-o-o-o-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t h-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-m-m-m-m-m Pa-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-e-e-e-e-e-e-r-r-r-r-r-r-s-s-s-s-s-s-s!" she shouted as the car bounced, spun and jostled her around.

Bart leaps aside to avoid the swerving vehicle, hitting the ground running - circling to make a pass by the vehicle to attempt to disarm Ivy.

Who is very pissed, sets the bazooka to overload, and then the car swerves and she drops the weapon. With the cops still coming he can get them or save the squad cars from the world's largest pothole about to happen in 3...2...1...

Harley was just trying to redirect the car in a straight line. Which wasn't nearly as easy as GTA made it seem. "Pammy, I hope we have time to change a flat later!"

Because they wouldn't be getting very far on this, "And there's a gun in my purse if you need it!"

Her pop-gun was still a gun.

Bart snags the jammed bazooka, getting it clear of the road by a hundred feet or so, then he's back in pursuit.

And he's got an idea.

He begins to whip up one of the patented Flash-style whirlwinds around the car.

"'You ladies want to go for a spin?' Flash has been filling me in on the puns I'm supposed to use.."

Ivy does know a thing or two after her time with one of the Flashes. A vine lashes out from the undercarriage of the vehicle with intent to entangle.

While the car was spinning Harley started to look really, really green. And not a healthy shiny green like Pammy, "I think I'm gonna be sick!"

Holding on the the wheel with one hand, she reached for her gun, if Ivy tripped the speedster, she'd shoot him, and shoot him up good.

There is a little stumble as a result, which breaks up the mounting whirlwind.
